When you buy a new vehicle they will literally kiss your sweet A. After 10 years when your vehicle is out of warranty good luck trying to get any type of service customer or mechanical out of this Lander organization. I spoke to a guy working there for 2 months who acknowledged the problems with the lander service center at prospect and pretty much directed me to private Mitsubishi performance service centers to fix my electrical issues in my ralliart. This just goes to show that even the staff know about the service they're providing which is substandard and borderline bullying. The principal owner doesn't reply to calls or emails. This is the closest dealership and service center to my home and it is very inconvenient to travel to further places to resolve issues with Mitsubishi faults. I will never purchase a Mitsubishi vehicle ever in my life ever again.
Very happy customer! Jacob helped dad buy his new car a few weeks back, dad and I really liked his non pressure sales approach, he helped explain what the different models did and helped work out with dad the right model for dad. Very good experience.

Picked up my Aspire yesterday and wanted to thank Jacob for his excellent customer service and no pressure sales approach. He kept me up to date with delays due to shipping. When I picked up my car he went through all the feautres thoroughly with me and said if there wany issues to let him know. Michael was also extremely helpful explaining my finance options. Unfortunately we could not do a deal on the dealer finance but the service was excellent

Great Experience with Aydrian, Eric and Ben from Lander Mitsubishi. They went up and beyond and catered to my specific needs and requirements. Previous to them i visited other dealership closeby and they weren't hungry at all. These guys showed professionalism while still giving the best price possible.
